Renting a roll-off in a small community such as Piney, AR often comes down to who will drive out and how soon. HBI Roll Off gives you one number to try, then connects you with a local provider if one covers your address.
Say what you are clearing and about how much of it there is. Size, rental length and price all get settled with the hauler serving Piney, because those three change from one place to the next.
How the line works for Piney callers, and what stays with the provider.
Concrete, brick and dirt need short-walled containers and a clear fill line. Mention them first so the right box gets sent.
We connect the call. The provider delivers, services and collects, and bills you directly. No confusion on who to phone later.
Street placement often needs a town permit. Check early, since the local office has the final word on it.
Standard units, accessible units and handwashing stations can all be raised on the same call, whatever the headcount.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
A few things worth knowing before a truck heads to Piney.
Yes. The line at (833) 871-6766 is open 24/7, so you can call whenever the job comes up. Delivery times are separate and depend on the Piney provider's own schedule, which often runs on business hours.
Guests and hours set the number. Planning charts assume more units as an event runs longer, and you should add some if alcohol or lots of drinks are on offer. Give the provider your Piney headcount and hours and ask them to size the order.
Sometimes. It depends on whether a provider serving Piney has a container open and a truck with room on its route. Your odds improve if you call early in the day and stay flexible on size. Nobody can promise it for every address.
If food is being served, your Piney or county health department may require them, and they are a sensible addition for any big crowd. Placing a sink near the restrooms and another near food lines keeps people from having to walk far.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across AR. Check with the Piney public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Rentals generally include a set tonnage, and anything above it is billed by the ton once the load crosses the scale. Roofing, dirt and masonry reach that limit quickly. Ask for the included weight and the per-ton rate for Piney before you start loading.
